I placed an order, how long until I receive it?
Unless the item was listed as a Pre-order with specific ship by dates, your order is processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. Domestic Orders can take up to 7 - 10 business days to arrive, you will receive an automated email when your order has been shipped. International Orders sent via USPS can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to arrive.
I noticed my card was charge but have not received my order?
All orders are charged immediately upon check out. If for some strange reason your product becomes out of stock from the checkout process to the fulfillment process we will contact you with a store credit, exchange, or you may request a refund.
Ok cool that sounds good, who do you ship with?
We use UPS to ensure the best possible shipping standards for all domestic orders. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.
International orders may use UPS but may also select to ship out with another carrier like the United States Postal Service although it may take much longer to arrive. Depending on your location, orders can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to arrive.
I finally received my order, but the shirt does not fit?
We will exchange your mess up for a $2.00 restocking fee within 5 days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return/exchange. The product must be in its original condition and not worn, washed, dried, or altered in any way. Kindly send us an email.
I finally received my order but you sent me the wrong size or wrong item?
We're human and mistakes can be made, kindly email us with your Order Number and if we in fact made a mess up we will cover the exchange.
I decided last minute I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed?
Contact us right away and if the order has not shipped, we can issue a refund. Otherwise, if the item was shipped, please wait until your product arrives at your door step, contact us about the cancellation and we will issue you a refund and further instructions. A $2.00 restocking fee is applied.
I forgot I moved and entered my old address at checkout, what do I do?
If you contact us immediately before your order is shipped out, we can correct your mistake. Otherwise we have to wait until USPS/UPS returns it to us, at which time we will contact you for further instructions.
I put on my brand new shirt and spilled food on it, can I return it for a new one?
Absolutely...Not. That is your fault and we are sorry.
